Love Is do not accept commission from any of our suppliers. Any and all discounts offered to us will be passed directly to you, our client.

Full Design Service

This is our most popular and comprehensive package and contains the following services

Ongoing communication with the Bride and Groom
Budget Planning
Schedule, Timelines and checklists
Selection and booking of venues for the wedding and reception
Planning the theme and style of the wedding
Co-ordinating design, ordering and mailing of invitations
Co-ordinating wedding attire and accessories
Co-ordinating and sourcing suppliers
Negotiating and reviewing all contracts
Itinerary planning
Ceremony planning
Rehearsal oversight
Direction of professional and attendant duties

This list is only a small proportion of what we actually do, we do far too much to list on this website.

The Cost of this package is 10% of the total wedding budget, ie for a £10000 wedding, we would charge £1000. We would ask for a deposit of 30% when booking our services, with a further 35% payable 6 weeks before your wedding, and the final 35% due no later than 14 days after your wedding.

Partial Design Package

This package is excellent for couples who only need help in a few areas, for example finding a reliable photographer, venue, invitations etc. It does not include on the day co-ordination.

Prices for this service are charged the same way as the full design service, with our fee being 10% of the cost of suppliers etc found. For example, if we source a cake for £300 and a photographer for £1000 we would charge £130 and so on. The fee would be payable by 50% to secure our services and the further 50% only payable if we find what your are looking for and book it.

On the day co-ordination

As it sounds, this service is just for couple who want the reassurance of a professional being around on their wedding day. We would meet up 6-8 weeks ahead of your wedding and go through all the details you have so far, including suppliers, attendants, venues etc. We then make sure we know exactly how you want your day to be and make sure it goes to plan. We will be there on the day to make sure suppliers do what you’ve paid them to, people are where they should be, the right guests are ready for the right photos etc, and just leave you to enjoy being married without the stress!!

We charge a fixed rate of £250 for weddings in Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Avon, for weddings further a field we do charge for mileage/accommodation, but we keep this to the absolute minimum.
