We are here to guide and oversee the planning of your wedding, from the obvious things like venues, to those very special touches, that can make all the difference to your day.

Some of the things Love Is can do to help you and ensure you wedding is the one you both want are listed below. Everything is tailor-made to the way you want it to be. We do our absolute best to make sure that the most important day of your life runs smoothly and perfectly, and that you can just enjoy the wedding buzz!

If you have a question or requirement that is not covered, please call us or e-mail us so we can talk about it with you. We primarily cover the Gloucestershire and south west areas, but we travel to anywhere so if you are getting married somewhere else, just ask!

Budget Control

Setting a realistic budget can be the most difficult task of your whole wedding. Once a figure has been reached, Love Is will manage your budget for you. With a little imagination and tight budget control, we make sure that there are no nasty surprises. We also keep you updated with a budget timeline, so you know who needs to be paid and when.

The Ceremony YOU want

Whether you want a church or civil ceremony, formal or informal, or even a themed wedding, Love Is have a huge database of venues and contacts to help make your decision. We are here to advise and guide on the best option for you. Within reason, each ceremony can be tweaked to your specific wishes. Love Is can provide you with information on etiquette, readings, poems, music, hymns, order of service/ceremony and more.

Civil Partnerships

Love is are fully versed on the ins and outs of Civil Partnerships and offer the same service to same sex couples as we would anyone else. So if you are looking for something that bit different, or a more traditional style of wedding, give us a call and see what we can do to help you.

Invitations and what not…

Wedding invitations are one of the most important and exciting aspects of planning your day. It is the first impression of your wedding that your guests will see. No matter what you are looking for, be it formal, elegant, funny, or even handmade. Love is can provide you with hundreds of samples to look at, however Michelle is more than happy to design stationary just for you and make it by hand for a fraction of high street prices. Love Is can also handle all of your invitation mailing and RSVP’s.

The Party…

Big or small, your reception is your way to express yourselves and your personalities. We can advise on anything from the perfect location to entertainment to speeches. We also make sure that the venue is decorated to the highest standard, and just the way you envision, from simple to elegant to a Rocky Horror theme! We oversee this ourselves so it looks just the way you want it.

Suppliers

Love Is only deal with suppliers that we have sourced and referenced ourselves, these include caterers, florists, musicians, entertainers, photographers and videographers, to name but a few. If our suppliers don’t quite have what you’re looking for, we will source alternatives for you, and we make sure that they hold all relevant qualifications and insurances and check all references for you.

We are happy to contact suppliers directly on your behalf to avoid you having to make vast amounts of phone calls, but if you want to take the lead on instructing and speaking to suppliers then we will be happy to provide you with all information you will need to get the best for you..

Table Plans…

It is the part of wedding planning that causes the most headaches, trying to get everyone sat next to someone they like seems like an impossible task. Love Is has top of the range software and a lot of personal experience in getting round the ‘who sits where?’ question. Sometimes the outside view can find the solution to the problem. Once the seating plan has been agreed, Michelle will be more than happy to make you a bespoke table plan, to suit your wedding theme, at prices far lower than the high street.

Accommodation and Travel

If you have family travelling, or lots of guests, Love Is can source accommodation or travel arrangements for all your guests to make sure everyone is catered for on all budgets.

Appointments

Love Is will attend certain appointments as standard, ie venue tours, catering arrangements, florist and cake makers. If you don’t want us to, that’s fine too.
If you would like, we can also attend at dress and menswear fittings for help and guidance, or any other appointment you want us at!

With our full design package, on the day co-ordination is included as standard. If you wanted to include it as part of your day, this can also be arranged.

Weddings Abroad

If getting married on a white sandy beach is your thing, then we can help there too!! Love Is can help you with all the legal requirements as well as source reputable suppliers for you, taking the risk out of the unknown. We can also provide on the day co-ordination for you, by special arrangement.

The WOW factor

Want the wow factor but not sure what that is? We at Love Is have a library of ideas, not all of them expensive, to give your wedding that little something extra. This could be something like:-
